2026 World Cup

Living close to Foxboro and Boston, I sought to capture the excitement of Scots, Norwegians's, Haitians, Moroccan's and French who came to Boston to cheer for their teams over the span of 40 days.

I immersed myself in crowds and shot street photos of people and the passion they displayed. It was a rare glimpse of patriotism and national unity being applauded in the US in our current era.

For my pleasure and remembrance, I also snapped shots with my Nikon Z8 of WC matches on TV. All game action and people in stadiums are from the TV. I attended no games. I sought to capture raw emotion of a worldwide event in my backyard for future viewing because I suspect with time they'll fade from memory.
